Multiple Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) were modeled. With the execution of the selected ECMs, the proposed design not only meets Minimum Energy Performance requirement but also qualifies for additional LEED points. Based on the Performance Output tab of final Minimum Energy Performance Calculator, the facility is approximately 24.5% more energy cost efficient than the ASHRAE 90.1-2010 reference model.
