Climatic Design LLC had been working with the design team from the beginning of the design phases to provide early analysis of energy systems of the project in order to identify the best Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs). With the execution of the recommended ECMs, the proposed design not only meets Minimum Energy Performance requirement but also qualifies for additional LEED points. The facility is 21% ($24,393\/yr) more energy cost efficient than the ASHRAE 90.1-2010 reference model. This equates to ten (10) Optimize Energy Performance points. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
