Multiple Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) were modeled to satisfy requirements of the LEED v4 IP credit. The simulation results demonstrated that by applying the recommended ECMs to the proposed design the project not only meets Minimum Energy Performance requirement but also qualifies for additional LEED points. The facility would be more than 19% energy cost efficient than the ASHRAE 90.1-2010 reference model.
