Multiple Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) that were implemented in the proposed design were modeled to demonstrate project\u2019s compliance with Green Globs Multifamily (NC)requirements. With the execution of the selected ECMs, the Proposed Design not only meets Minimum Energy Performance requirement but also qualifies for additional Green Globes (GG) points. The facility is 41% more energy cost efficient than the ASHRAE 90.1-2010 reference model. In addition, per ANSI\/GBI 01-2010 Energy Performance Building Carbon Dioxide Equivalent (CO2e) Emissions protocol the project has 55.5% less CO2e Emissions than the referenced model, which is equates
