Eight (8) Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) were modeled to help the design team to select more suitable design strategies to meet project\u2019s sustainability goal. The simulation results demonstrated that by applying the recommended ECMs to the proposed design the project would be 23% more energy cost efficient than the IECC 2015 reference model and meets the
