Multiple Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) were modeled. Selected roof systems for the project have an average assembly U-value of 0.026 (R-38).<\/p>\n<p>ECM-2: The baseline building\u2019s fenestration assembly U-value is 0.55 for windows, 0.50 for storefront type and 0.85 for entrance doors. Assembly U-values of the glazing implemented in the project are much lower than the baseline energy model (0.27, 0.46 and 0.7).<\/p>\n<p>ECM-3: Using the ASHRAE Standard Fixture Type for service water heating, calculated peak hot water demand of the baseline building is 74.14 gpm.
