Climatic Design Inc. founder, Morteza Kasmaei, is an expert in climate and solar-based design with indigenous materials and building technologies. He has dedicated his professional life researching about the effect of climate on architecture and urban design. He is expert in building energy analysis, developed climate-based design strategies for the mid-Atlantic region and is capable of performing a whole-building energy model simulation, to provide comprehensive energy analysis, and assessment of the building systems and configuration for variety of projects.
