BSAPR New Office Renovation

Project description: A three-story structure with a total of 10,121 GSF,
This three-story building was rehabilitated from Apartments to Offices. An existing conditions energy model predicted the total annual utility bills to be approximately $9,700 per year, or an average of $808 per month.
For this project CDI recommended the following ECMs be implemented:
| 1- Provide Spray Foam Insulation on all Exterior Walls 2- Replace Windows with Low-E Historic Insulated Replacement Windows 3- Install High Efficiency Conventional Equipment (Cooling: 14 SEER Minimum, Heating: 90% Gas Furnaces) 4- Install External Shading for South Windows 5- Install Internal Insulated Shades on West Windows 6- Reduce Lighting and Power Load by a Minimum of 25% from the ASHRAE Standard.
